This building required extensive facade reconditioning. Concrete cancer/spalling repairs were remediated, not only to fix the problematic areas, but to prevent further ongoing damage to the elevations. The building also required a freshen up, therefore quality exterior paint was applied to the exterior facades to compliment the newly refurbished elevations.
Kingsgrove Medical Surgery
A busy surgery with outdated look, to this project we applied a full coat of render to the exterior walls, in preparation for paint application. A modern, professional colour scheme was chosen by the clients and was applied to the exterior walls. We were also requested to apply Colourbond flashing to the eaves to compliment the modern, updated look.

At this location various works have been carried out over the past years, interior and exterior. Works ranged from remedial concrete repairs, to interior water damage reparations, exterior and interior painting, and general building maintenance.

This residential project required a complete coating of render, with texture finish, a coat of membrane (to add longevity to the property, as it is situated near sea salt breeze) and completed with exterior paint (colour scheme chosen by clients)
